Graduate Assistant (Counseling Ministries Department)

Responsibilities: Assist with processing field experience applications Continue building the field experience site database Help with generating contracts and dissertation process for Ph.D students Maintain a list of adjunct instructors' information Upload dissertation and other forms to the shared drive Update syllabus depot Filing (digital), printing, and copying Assist faculty with obtaining desk-copies Assist with department Course schedule Assist with ensuring textbooks are properly updated in online bookstore Respond via phone and email to student field experience questions Create fillable PDF documents Requirements: Must be responsible, with the ability to complete tasks without supervision Experience in an office environment preferred Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently or with a team Must be available 20 hours per week between 9 am - 5 pm, Monday-Friday Commitment to Regent’s core values of Excellence, Innovation, and Integrity Salary: $12.77 per hour Regent University does not discriminate in employment in its programs or activities on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin, sex, disability, age or veteran status.For full Non-Discrimination Policy clickhere.
