The US Macro Markets Legal Team provides legal support to the US Macro Markets & Sales teams. Among other topics, this Legal Team provides primary legal coverage in the drafting and negotiation of documentation relating to derivatives (including ISDA Master Agreements, futures documentation, clearing documentation and collateral documentation).As a Vice President, Assistant General Counsel in the US Macro Markets Legal Team, you will be responsible for drafting, negotiating and advising on the full range of documentation relating to derivatives (including ISDA Master Agreements, futures documentation, OTC and treasury clearing documentation and collateral documentation) and will advise the front office on structuring foreign exchange and derivatives transactions and on regulatory requirements relating to derivatives.
