Business Intelligence Analyst/Analytics Engineer

Job Description Insight Global is looking to hire a Business Intelligence Analyst / Analytics Engineer in Austin, TX for our AI powered, due diligence & investigative reporting client. This individual will own the full data lifecycle from raw data ingestion to building clean, scalable data models and delivering business insights. They will partner closely with engineering to improve data pipelines and architecture, while working with product and operations to define key metrics and reporting needs. The role will focus on cleaning and structuring data, building a single source of truth, and developing dashboards that enable self-service analytics across the organization. This person will also help leadership make informed decisions by translating complex data into actionable insights and evolving the company’s long-term data strategy as the organization scales. This is a hybrid role (4 days in office, 1 day work-from-home) with a compensation range of $80,000–$110,000.
