HR Operations Specialist

Our Team is growing! The DPI Group is very excited to announce an opening for an HR Operations Specialist to join our corporate office in NE Portland. This position serves an exceptionally important part of making a difference in individuals' lives through supporting our recruitment team with the high-volume onboarding process of our variable hour employees over multiple locations nationwide. Work alongside a supportive, collaborative team in a fun and welcoming environment.

Some of what you will be doing:

• Continuously collaborate with various branches to ensure accurate, timely and customer focused onboarding
• Review electronic applicant files for accuracy after recruiting staff referral , addressing needed updates
• Review applicant e-documents through HRIS system, partnering with recruiting staff for any corrections
• Track status of applicants, provide updates to various branches
• Complete background checks as applicable, inspect I-9 supporting documentation, run E-Verify, update statuses
• Assist as needed with various HR functions such as VOEs , UI claims , and payroll functions
• Conduct weekly audits to ensure and maintain accurate data and employee life cycle events
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws as well as internal policies and procedures

We are seeking an individual with at least one recent year of Human Resources, as well as some form of HRIS, experience. Two to four-year degree or certification is a plus. Position offers a salary of $52,000 to $58,000 DOE plus a robust benefit package along with some hybrid flexibility. Apply Today!
