Strategy & Finance Associate - Fast-Growing AI Startup

We're looking for a sharp, high-agency operator to sit at the center of a fast-scaling AI company and work directly with the founders/CEO. You'll move fluidly across strategy, operations, finance, and go-to-market — taking ambiguous, high-priority problems and turning them into structured, scalable systems. This is a role for someone who wants outsized ownership early in their career and a fast track into leading a core part of the business. What You'll Do Work directly with the CEO/founders on special projects, strategic initiatives, and the highest-priority problems in the business Build and formalize operations as the company scales — process design, documentation, workflows, and systems that don't exist yet Own pieces of go-to-market: customer conversations, outbound, pricing, and positioning Contribute to financial and strategic planning — modeling, forecasting, and evaluating project or unit economics Manage customer or partner relationships, translating requirements into deliverables and holding a high-quality bar Context-switch across product, engineering, GTM, and ops — bringing structure and clarity wherever it's missing Turn one-off wins into repeatable, scalable processes What We're Looking For 1–6 years of experience in top-tier consulting (MBB), investment banking, private equity, or a high-ownership operating/strategy role at a startup A track record of driving outcomes, not just supporting them — comfortable owning a metric, a project, or a relationship end-to-end Exceptionally structured, data-driven thinker with sharp attention to detail High-agency bias for action — you act without waiting to be tasked, and you'd rather do too much than too little Strong communicator who builds trust quickly with founders, executives, and customers Thrives in ambiguity and fast-changing environments; comfortable with a flat org and minimal structure Genuine curiosity about and active use of modern AI tools #J-18808-Ljbffr Inventure
