We are in hyper-growth looking for Strategy Finance Associate to join the team. We are revolutionizing FinTech. We are in hyper-growth. Today, the world’s leading companies like Snowflake, OpenAI and Anthropic are our customers and rely on our offering to manage billions of dollars in spend. We are seeking a Strategic Finance Associate to join our growing finance team, with a focus on Go-to-Market Finance. In this role, you will partner closely with GTM leaders to shape the revenue strategy of our business, build and maintain financial models, develop KPI frameworks, and deliver insights that influence investment decisions and growth priorities. Think Chief of Staff for anything GTM, as you will help propel the business to move forward. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role where you will understand our full business at the driver level, and from that foundation drive resource allocation decisions and influence long‑term strategy. Responsibilities Design and own core financial models that support our annual plan, long‑range forecast, and GTM strategy Partner with GTM leaders to set topline targets, evaluate resourcing decisions, and track performance against KPIs to dynamically influence strategic priorities and decision making Support executive decision‑making by preparing high‑quality board materials, investor updates, and leadership presentations Drive company‑wide forecasting and reporting processes across revenue, expenses, headcount, cash flow, and retention metrics Qualifications 2+ years of private equity, investment banking, consulting, or similar experience Familiarity with technology / SaaS business models Excellent financial modeling and quantitative skills Extreme attention to detail and a high regard for precision Strong written and verbal communication Ownership mindset with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders SQL proficiency and experience using BI dashboard tools strongly preferred Experience in strategic finance at a high‑growth technology company is a plus Seniority level Associate Employment type Full‑time Job function Finance Industries Financial Services Software Development IT System Custom Software Development Benefits Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Paid paternity leave Paid maternity leave Pension plan #J-18808-Ljbffr Elicit Executive Search, Inc.
