Automotive experience is helpful, but it is not required—we provide paid training while you learn. What We Offer Weekly Paycheck with total earning potential of $60,000+ Monday Through Friday Schedule 7:45 - 5:45 Additional performance-based bonuses Paid training—get paid while you learn Approximately 45 hours per week Supportive leadership and a team-focused work environment Career growth and long‑term opportunity with a respected, family‑owned dealership Benefits Full‑time employee benefits package Paid training and development Performance bonus opportunities Career advancement opportunities Stable, long‑term employment Job Duties Greet service customers and listen carefully to their concerns Help customers understand recommended maintenance and repair services Create accurate repair orders and document customer requests Communicate clearly with technicians and customers throughout the service process Provide updates on repair status, pricing, and completion times Review completed work and invoices with customers Follow up to ensure a positive customer experience Maintain organized records and support an efficient service department What We’re Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills A professional, friendly, and dependable approach The ability to stay organized in a fast‑paced environment Confidence discussing services, recommendations, and pricing with customers Customer service experience is a major plus Automotive experience is helpful but not required Ford experience is a plus Willingness to learn and participate in paid training Availability to work approximately 45 hours per week, including some Saturdays A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record You do not need previous automotive experience to succeed in this role.
