Reservation Services Specialist - Remote

HB Travels

We are looking for a detail-oriented Reservation Services Specialist to assist customers with researching, coordinating, and managing reservation requests.

The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable working with customers and online reservation systems.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to reservation questions and requests
Gather relevant customer information
Research available reservation options
Provide accurate information
Coordinate reservation details
Review information for accuracy
Provide confirmations and updates
Assist with modifications when necessary
Communicate with providers
Maintain accurate records
Follow up with customers throughout the reservation process

Qualifications

Strong customer-service skills
Excellent attention to detail
Good communication abilities
Strong organization
Basic computer proficiency
Comfortable researching information online
Ability to learn reservation systems
Strong follow-up skills
Reliable and professional
Previous reservation experience is helpful but not required
