Remote Reservation Service Coordinator
Sweet Epic Travels
We are seeking an organized and customer-focused Reservation Services Coordinator to assist clients with researching options, coordinating reservations, and managing important booking details. This role is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, pays close attention to detail, and enjoys helping clients throughout the reservation process.
Responsibilities
Assist clients with reservation requests and general inquiries
Research available accommodations, transportation, activities, and related services
Coordinate reservation details based on client needs and preferences
Review confirmations and documentation for accuracy
Communicate important updates and reservation information
Assist with modifications, cancellations, and special requests
Maintain accurate client and reservation records
Follow up on outstanding requests and upcoming arrangements
Communicate with service providers when necessary
Provide professional and responsive client support
Key Responsibilities
Gather information regarding client needs and preferences
Research available options and services
Assist with booking and reservation requests
Coordinate accommodations, transportation, activities, and related arrangements
Review booking information for accuracy
Provide confirmations and important updates
Assist with changes and special requests
Maintain organized client and booking records
Follow up when additional information is required
Communicate professionally with clients and service providers
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail
Good organization and time-management abilities
Comfortable researching information online
Ability to prioritize multiple client requests
Comfortable learning online platforms and systems
Reliable and professional
Previous customer service, reservations, hospitality, or coordination experience is helpful
