Position Overview

We are seeking organized and customer-focused individuals to join our virtual team as Travel Services Coordinators. In this role, you will help clients manage the details of their upcoming vacations by researching available options, coordinating selected services, and providing helpful communication throughout the process.

You may assist with cruises, resort vacations, all-inclusive packages, family getaways, couples trips, group vacations, tours, transportation, activities, and international experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn about client vacation needs, preferred dates, destinations, and budgets
• Research accommodations, cruises, tours, transportation, activities, and vacation packages
• Compare available services and identify appropriate options
• Provide clients with clear information about their choices
• Coordinate requested arrangements through approved supplier resources
• Organize reservation confirmations and essential trip details
• Verify traveler information, dates, and selected services
• Monitor payment schedules and other important deadlines
• Keep clients informed about their arrangements and upcoming requirements
• Follow up on pending requests or missing information
• Assist with standard reservation changes and client questions
• Maintain organized and accurate client records
• Continue learning about destinations, suppliers, and available vacation products

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Comfortable conducting online research
• Able to manage several tasks and deadlines
• Reliable and capable of working independently
• Basic computer, email, and internet skills
• Comfortable learning new online systems and supplier platforms
• Reliable internet access and compatible device
• Willingness to participate in continued training
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, Mexico, or another qualifying region
