Guest Services Specialist

Resolving customer service issues for travelers, the full-time Guest Services Specialist will assist guests on tour and address post-tour concerns while working remotely from the United States or Canada. Key responsibilities Resolving service issues for customers on tour to minimize post-tour complaints Maintaining customer and travel agent satisfaction by clarifying complaints and providing effective solutions Identifying trends and quality issues through data collection and analysis for management review Required qualifications A minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment Technical proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office and reservation systems Ability to type at least 35 words per minute Associate's degree or equivalent experience in customer service, sales, or the travel industry Product knowledge of Globus family of brands' services and policies is preferred
