Social Media and Guest Services Specialist PawHaus Resort | Goodrich, TX | Full-time, on-site | $18 to $23/hour plus video bonuses | Starts December 2026 You check the dogs in. Then you make them famous. PawHaus is a dog-first luxury resort opening January 2027 on 30 lakefront acres in Goodrich, right on Lake Livingston, about 70 miles north of Houston. We've got 12 ÖÖD Mirror Houses, private yards, wood-fired hot tubs, a pool, a fenced dog park, a private dog run, a grooming salon, a spa, and a steady supply of very good dogs. About 190 reservations are already on the books (the doors aren't even open yet). We're also the team behind Cameron Ranch Glamping and its 250K+ followers. You'll build content side by side with our founder, Garrett Brown (he grew that account, so you'll pick up a few things). Guests come first when they need you. The rest of your day goes to content. The guest half is real, so if you only want to make videos, this isn't the one. The content half Shoot, edit, and post short-form video for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook Catch the good stuff as it happens: first looks at the mirror houses, post-groom glow-ups, a Great Dane meeting his own reflection Write and voice dog POV videos (if you've ever narrated your dog's inner monologue out loud, that's experience) Answer comments and DMs, and turn the \"how do I book\" ones into bookings Keep our shared footage library stocked for the freelance creators we work with Get a signed media release before any guest or their dog shows up on our page Track what's working (views, shares, saves, follows) and make more of that The guest half Check guests in and out, and handle calls, texts, and messages before, during, and after their stay Make sure every dog's vaccination records, profile, and waiver are done before arrival Get the play area drop‑off waiver signed in person before any dog goes in Book the extras: grooming, dog run time, spa appointments Sign up PawHaus Club members and explain how the credits work Cover the front desk, the camp store, and the indoor dog play area (somebody has to watch the dogs play, and it's you) Fix problems calmly. Dogs are dogs. What you bring Video links. Your own account counts, and so does a business you helped grow. We care more about your videos than your resume. Phone shooting and editing skills (CapCut or similar) and a feel for what makes people stop scrolling Customer service experience. Hotels, restaurants, retail, vet clinics, and doggy daycares all count. Comfort around dogs of every size, all day (you'll be wearing fur by noon) Clean writing, whether it's a guest text or a caption Five shifts a week, afternoons through close, weekends included. We'll set the exact hours with the right person.
