Construction Project Manager - Custom Luxury Homes

TREO Construction is seeking a self-directed Construction Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury residential construction and devote themselves to our projects and their timely execution. Join us and work on some of the most prestigious custom luxury family home construction projects in South Florida, with workdays that take you through some of the region's most beautiful coastal communities — including Miami Beach, Golden Beach, North Miami Beach, Bal Harbour, Bay Harbor Islands, Hollywood and surrounds. The role offers a competitive salary and benefits. Responsibilities Perform a key role in project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed. Devise project work plans and revise them as needs arise. Create teams, develop objectives/goals for each, and assign individual responsibilities. Coordinate the efforts of all parties involved — architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and laborers. Monitor construction progress regularly and hold status meetings with the Owner and subcontractors. Ensure construction activities stay on schedule and maintain strict adherence to budgetary, quality, and safety standards. Oversee accounting functions, including managing the budget, tracking expenses, and minimizing exposure and risk. Identify elements of project design and construction likely to give rise to disputes and claims. Ensure project documents are complete. Serve as a key link with clients and review the team's deliverables before passing them on. Lead and communicate with all team members, subcontractors, and vendors to help maintain the project schedule. Communicate any issues proactively and provide solutions in the best interest of TREO. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in custom luxury single-family home construction projects. Knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Capable of efficiently leading and managing a team. Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office, Procore, and construction management software. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a strong command of all applicable legal provisions. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively. Must be bilingual (Spanish & English).
