Office Manager/ Transaction Coordinator

Thomasville, GA | $15.00 - $22.00 / Hour

We are searching for an Office Manager / Transaction Coordinator  to oversee the daily administrative operations of a real estate company and provide transaction, listing, compliance, and agent support. This position requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to manager multiple deadlines and priorities.

Responsibilities 

• Answer phones, greet customers, take messages, direct clients and visitors appropriately
• Receive earnest money checks, lease payments, and other documents
• Assist with transaction coordination, client communication, and administrative needs
• Over see transaction files from contract to closing, ensuring paperwork is complete and compliant
• Maintain transaction timelines and proactively track important deadlines
• Communicate with clients, attorneys, lenders, agents, inspectors, and other parties regarding transaction details
• Maintain all company transactions on the pending board and transaction files and follow up on missing documents or outstanding items
• Coordinate with the bookkeeper regarding earnest money and upcoming closings
• Maintain listings in NAVICA/MLS
• Maintain organized transaction, listing, and document retention files
• Manager Airbnb calendar, guest communication, cleaning schedules, and turnovers
• Manage office supplies, organization, cleaning, and general office needs
• Coordinator office meetings, events, trainings, and company activities
• Maintain confidentiality of client, transaction, financial, and company information
• Perform other administrative duties necessary to keep the office organized and operating efficiently

Requirements

• Experience using google drive and office technology 
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Willing to undergo criminal background check
• Clean drug screen

Location:  Thomasville, GA

Pay Rate: $15.00 - $22.00 / Hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
