Looking for your next behavioral health nursing opportunity? We are seeking experienced Psychiatric Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a leading behavioral health facility serving children, adolescents, and adults in the Panama City area.

Position Details

• Location: Panama City, FL

• Position: Psychiatric Registered Nurse (RN)

• Schedule: 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM or 7:30 PM to 8:00 AM

• Hours: 36+ hours per week

Pay

?? Local Pay Rate: $43.00/hour

• Estimated Weekly Gross: $1,548+

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for behavioral health patients.

• Monitor patients experiencing psychiatric crises and behavioral health conditions.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams.

• Administer medications and treatment interventions.

• Provide patient education and support to individuals and families.

• Maintain accurate documentation and nursing assessments.

Patient Population

Work with patients experiencing:

• Depression

• Anxiety

• Bipolar Disorder

• Schizophrenia

• Psychosis

• PTSD

• Substance Use Disorders

• Co-Occurring Mental Health Conditions

Areas of Practice

• Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU)

• Behavioral Health Services

• Detoxification Services

• Residential Treatment Programs

• Community-Based Mental Health Programs

Minimum Requirements

? Active RN License

? Minimum 1 year of recent Psychiatric/Behavioral Health Nursing experience

? Current CPR/BLS (if applicable)

? Ability to meet all state and facility compliance requirements
