Du schulst und unterstützt unsere Partner und Kunden (z.B. Optiker) dabei, unsere telemedizinische Dienstleistung bestmöglich anzubieten und zu verbessern
Du zeigst Dein Händchen für zwischenmenschliche Kontakte und bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Partner und Kunden vor Ort (Reise
Du bringst Deine Kreativität ein und gestaltest unsere operativen Prozesse so mit, dass unsere Qualität mitskaliert
Du entwickelst in Eigenverantwortung Projekte zum Erfolg
Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden und unserem Tech-Team und bringst dabei Deine eigenen Ideen in unser Produkt mit ein

Du passt gut zu diesem Job, wenn

Du Augenoptiker:in oder Augenoptikermeister:in bist und ggf. schon Erfahrungen in der Augenheilkunde gesammelt hast
Du einen sehr guten Überblick über die Augenoptikerbranche in der Schweiz hast
Du auch bereit für Aussendienstanteile (ca. 20%) bist
Du eine hohe intrinsische Motivation hast, etwas zu verändern und eine sinnhafte Arbeit suchst
Du gerne unterwegs bist im Einsatz bei Kunden und Partnern vor Ort
Du ein Netzwerker bist der gerne mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern (z.B. Optiker:innen, Ärzt:innen, Softwareentwickler:innen) kommuniziert
Du fliessend Deutsch, Französisch und Englisch sprichst und mind. 50% Kapazität bieten kannst
Du einen Führerschein besitzt
