Network EngineerThe Opportunity:As a Network Engineer, you will be expected to configure and operate Cisco platforms such as ASA/Firepower, Nexus switches, and IOS‑based routers. You may also have responsibility in supporting routing protocols and tunneling technologies including OSPF, BGP/IBGP, GRE, and MPLS L3VPN. You will be expected to regularly troubleshoot complex network performance issues and implement corrective actions as well as support network architecture reviews, capacity planning, and performance optimization and integrate network security controls aligned to enterprise security and information assurance requirements. What You'll Work On:Support enterprise network modernization by designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and resilient network infrastructures across government environments.Apply deep experience with Cisco technologies to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize routing, switching, and network security components.Work closely with engineers, network operations staff, and technical leads to deliver reliable connectivity and ensure secure, scalable network performance for mission systems.Join us. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
