Inventory Specialist

Oversee day-to-day operations of a large cannabis cultivation facility Count plants within their respective locations Ensure tallied amounts are accurately reflected in the inventory system Move plants and assign them to new rooms Use spreadsheets and Excel Conduct inventory across multiple facilities Track all plants in warehouses daily to ensure accuracy Update plant changes and statuses in the system Support cultivation staff with policies, procedures, schedules, and trainings Perform other duties as assigned Report and work directly with the Cultivation Manager Requirements Excellent attention to detail Quick learner and team player Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills Strong time management skills Attend inventory system training sessions as needed High School Diploma or equivalent Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV) Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening Ability to count plants within their respective locations Ability to utilize spreadsheets and Excel Ability to perform inventory in multiple facilities Ability to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 50 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance Ability to work seated/standing as appropriate for extended periods and perform climbing, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and frequent/constant hand movements Ability to handle organic matter daily and wear appropriate PPE in hot, cold, wet, humid, or windy conditions Visual acuity with or without job aids for computer use and detailed inspections Ability to communicate verbally at conversation levels with coworkers and vendors Core Competencies Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills while overseeing operations in a cannabis cultivation facility.
