District Manager - casual dining restaurant

Job Description

Join a thriving casual dining restaurant that is thriving and growing! We are seeking a motivated Restaurant District Manager to oversee a team of over 4 successful casual dining restaurants and contribute to delivering an exceptional guest experience in a high-volume environment. This role offers significant compensation and growth, with bonuses and benefits.

Responsibilities

Manage daily restaurant operations and high customer volume efficiently
Lead, train, and develop staff to ensure excellent service delivery
Coordinate scheduling to optimize workforce coverage
Oversee inventory control and ordering to maintain stock levels
Support execution of promotional and special events
Maintain strong team leadership fostering a positive work environment
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of experience in restaurant multi-unit management
High School Diploma or equivalent
