Required Skills 5+ years of experience in facilities coordination, corporate operations, or hospitality services in a corporate setting Proven ability to manage external vendor services such as janitorial, facilities, and catering Strong analytical skills to assess operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working effectively with cross-functional teams and vendors Proficiency in Google Workspace, workplace ticketing platforms (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow), and event coordination tools Experience with employing AI tools and automation solutions to enhance operational workflows Ability to monitor and report on workspace metrics, including ticket resolution times and space utilization Nice to Have Skills Experience working in a high-growth tech or innovative office environment Familiarity with hybrid work models and space planning strategies Knowledge of safety protocols, emergency preparedness, and local compliance standards Prior experience coordinating large-scale onsite events and executive visits Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field 5+ years of hands-on experience in facilities or corporate operations roles, ideally in fast-paced or tech environments Other Requirements This position is based onsite in Austin, TX, with an immediate start. Must be able to work effectively in person; remote work not available for this role. Ability to coordinate and communicate with external vendors and internal teams seamlessly.
