Head of Workplace Operations

Base is hiring its first Workplace Lead to professionalize and scale the Workplace function as we grow across the US. You’ll own the planning and execution of launching new office sites, manage HQ and BF1 teams, and stand up part-time contracted support for warehouse sites. You will build the Workplace team, coordinate space planning for HQ and factory campus, manage vendor contracts, and partner with IT for site builds.
