Hourly Pay Rate: $54.12

Job Description: PLEASE PROVIDE 2-3 DAYS OF INTERVIEW AVAILABILITY WHEN SUBMITTING CANDIDATES

Shift: 4x10 11:00 - 21:30

First Time Travelers Accepted IF they have Level 1 Trauma Experience

Call Requirement: 90-120 hours of call in a 6-week schedule

Required Certifications: BCLS and NBSTSA

Skillset Requirement: Minimum 2 years experience, Level 1 Trauma Center, Vascular, Thoracic (Surgery Cases)

— Receiving pump lines from perfusion & preparing them for cannulation

— Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Repair

— Atherectomy, Atrial Septal defect repair

— Cardiomyoplasty, Carotid Endarterectomy

— Coronary Artery Bypass Graft

— Endovascular Aneurysm Repair, Endovascular Aortic Repair (EVAR)

— Femoral popliteal bypass graft, Laparoscopic Cardiac Surgery

— Mitral valve replacement, Pericardial window — Robotic Assisted Cardiac Surgery — Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR) — Thoracic Endovascular Aortic Repair (TEVAR) — Ventricular Assist Device (VAD) — Heart & Lung Transplant, Valve Replacement, and Aortic Dissection

Additional Information:

Effective 11/30/24, IU Health will not allow IN RNs to work at their facilities (see exceptions below). The last day for IN RNs to start a new contract is 9/9 (allows them to finish a contract by 11/30). Periop/OR RNs, Allied, and Ambulatory RN travelers are exempt from this rule. These IN travelers are allowed to work past the 11/30 deadline. Periop includes ENDO, IR RN, PACU, Cath Lab RN, SDS.

Shift Length: 10 hours per shift
