We’re proud to partner with a highly respected mechanical construction company in their search for a Director of Information Technology to lead their technology strategy with a strong focus on automation, AI, and digital transformation. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for aligning IT with business goals and driving innovation across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a strategic IT roadmapLead adoption of emerging technologies, especially automation and AIOversee infrastructure, cloud systems, cybersecurity, and enterprise data strategyPartner with leadership to deliver tech-driven business solutionsManage IT budgets, vendors, and a growing team of professionalsMaintain disaster recovery and business continuity plansQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience (construction industry preferred)Proven success aligning IT strategy with business operations and growthStrong expertise in systems architecture, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise supportDemonstrated experience implementing automation and AI technologiesDeep understanding of data governance, compliance, and cybersecurity best practicesStrong leadership, communication, and project management skillsWhat We’re Looking For:A strategic thinker with strong business acumenAn innovative problem-solver who embraces emerging technologiesA collaborative and adaptable leader who thrives in a fast-paced environmentA professional committed to operational excellence and continuous improvementEmployment typeOTHER
