Construction Project AdministratorWe are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Project Administrator to support documentation control, project workflows, and system administration across active construction projects for a top client. This role plays a key part in maintaining accuracy, compliance, and efficiency—particularly within data center environments.Key ResponsibilitiesManage document control processes including RFIs, submittals, and transmittals, ensuring accuracy, version control, and timely distributionSet up and maintain project systems, including user permissions and workflows within Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and ProcoreTrack document deadlines, generate status reports, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure project timelines are metMaintain organized project records and ensure compliance with company standards, security protocols, and data center documentation requirementsQualifications2+ years of project administration experience, preferably within construction or mission-critical/data center environmentsHands-on experience with Procore (required) and familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management/document control systemsExcellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentHourly: $32/hr. - $38/hrLocation: Irving, TX - Hybrid (3 days onsite/ 20 remote)Contract to Hire - 6 months - possible convert to full time/permenantEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled
