Step into a rewarding opportunity working with students as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP, CCC) in a supportive school community near Redwood City, CA. This contract position offers a consistent schedule—37.5 hours per week—from August 13th through June 5th, serving a diverse K-12 caseload of approximately 37-41 students at a single school site.

Ideal candidates bring a passion for facilitating student communication and providing high-quality speech and language interventions tailored to individual needs. You'll work closely with educators, families, and other therapists to foster student success and growth throughout the school year.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• State licensure (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP in California
• Previous experience working with K-12th grade students preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for a varied caseload
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to integrate speech/language strategies into daily activities
• Monitor and document progress, adapting therapy plans as needed
• Provide consultation and resources to support student access to curriculum
