Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement
CVS Health is seeking a Health Advocate on the Healthy Outcomes Team to assist Medicare members by educating them about benefits and coordinating health screenings and medications. You will engage with members telephonically to motivate healthy behaviors and improve Star health outcomes.
