Represent parties in bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings, primarily Chapter 11 cases Manage matters from inception through resolution Draft and argue motions, including first-day motions, pre-petition wage motions, critical vendor motions, and other contested matters Prepare and manage proofs of claim and related objections Advise on and assist with asset sales and acquisitions in bankruptcy proceedings Appear in court for hearings and participate in depositions Assist in strategy, risk assessment, and recovery options Qualifications 5–10 years of bankruptcy experience Required Skills Strong experience with Chapter 11 matters; Subchapter V experience is a plus Experience representing creditors, lenders, or other stakeholders Strong writing, advocacy, and case management skills #J-18808-Ljbffr The Goodkind Group, LLC
