Inventory Control Lead

Location: 6175 Technology Parkway - Midland, Georgia 31820 Schedule: Sunday-Tuesday, Thursday 6pm-4:30am Position Summary This Coordinator role is responsible to direct the completion of all daily inventory control tasks on a specific shift. Lead is well versed in systems used by Inventory Control. Lead to assist when Supervisor/Manager is unavailable. Here’s What You’ll Do In addition to all Clerk 2 responsibilities, Coordinator 3 will perform Manager/Supervisor duties during absence. For example, balance on hand (BOH) syncs, attend weekly meetings, Mgr/Spvr reporting signoffs. Ensure all documents are completed and filed according to inventory control policy. Coordinator 3 will align inventory control tasks to staff. Coordinator 3 will perform all aspects of training Inventory control associates. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed. Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. One year of relevant job experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organization, problem-solving and time management skills. Extensive knowledge of WMS system and use in all formats. Must be detail-oriented and able to lead and motivate team to meet deadlines. Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word).
