Schedule: Full-time, 4/10s, generally 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM. Meetings outside of normal business hours may be required as needed.

What You'll Do

• Lead restoration and construction projects from estimating, budgeting, and planning through execution
• Build strong client relationships and support customer satisfaction around timelines, quality, and budget
• Oversee contractors and onsite personnel while supporting safe, compliant work practices
• Monitor project progress, costs, and quality control to help ensure successful delivery
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on project goals and customer needs
• Source materials and manage vendor and subcontractor relationships
• Resolve onsite issues quickly, professionally, and effectively
• Present clear value propositions to clients to support project sales

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of construction project management experience
• Experience in restoration or construction preferred
• Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and client expectations
• Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills
• Technical knowledge of building materials, restoration techniques, and safety standards
• Familiarity with local building codes and OSHA regulations
• Collaborative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment

• Work takes place in office, customer, and active jobsite settings
• May oversee multiple projects, vendors, subcontractors, and onsite personnel
• Must be comfortable communicating with customers, internal teams, and outside partners
• Meetings outside of normal business hours may be required as needed
• Jobsite conditions may vary based on project type, customer needs, and restoration timelines
