Mission Linen Supply is seeking an experienced Account Representative . The ideal Account Representative is an enthusiastic sales professional responsible for developing new business.

No linen or uniform industry experience is required. Previous sales or customer service experience, whether in the linen/uniform rental industry or with the types of customers we serve (hospitality, medical, and industrial businesses) is a plus, but we'll train you on our specific products and market.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Acquire new rental and direct sales business through cold calls, lead generation, and networking
• Develop new sales opportunities with existing customers
• Maintain or exceed established sales quotas for rental business and direct sales
• Display or demonstrate product using samples, marketing tools, and catalogs
• Quote prices and prepare sales contracts for orders obtained
• Prepare reports and keep expense accounts

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience in the linen/uniform rental industry, or with similar customers (hospitality, medical, industrial), is a plus but not required
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience using CRM platforms like Salesforce.com, and Microsoft Office tools, is a plus
• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. College-level coursework preferred
• Valid driver's license to travel locally to visit prospective customers
