Responsibilities Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings to potential buyers Develop and maintain a network of clients, real estate professionals, and industry contacts to generate leads and referrals Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts in compliance with local real estate laws and company policies Stay informed about market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments to provide accurate advice to clients Coordinate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to ensure smooth and timely closings Maintain detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and marketing activities using company CRM systems Qualifications Superstars Only – $140K to $200K+ Real Estate Agent Opportunity Don’t apply unless you’re an overachiever and can prove it.
