Floor Tech - Commercial Services - Irwindale, CA

MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking a Floor Technician (Floor Tech) to maintain high‑quality floor and carpet care in commercial properties. Shift: Monday – Friday and weekends – days and evenings. Compensation: Starting at $23 per hour. Salary range for this position: $7.75 – $13.88, based on skills, qualifications, and experience. Complete timesheets accurately per job site. Dust mop or sweep hard‑surface floors. Buff and scrub floors. Lay, strip, and renew wax. Extract and shampoo carpet. Report unit maintenance issues according to company procedures. Report damaged, dirty, or stained carpets. Ensure a safe working environment at each site and office. Utilize supplies and equipment efficiently and effectively. Manage time wisely and efficiently. Experience and Education High school diploma or equivalent. Floor technician experience is a plus. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and adapt. Ability to work irregular hours and rarely travel. Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, pushing, pulling, and moving.
