You’ll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, mitigating service problems, and providing an exemplary customer experience. $17 - $20 hourly

• Respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and customer complaints
• Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Refer to customer scripts when working through difficult situations and refer to a supervisor, if necessary
• Regularly meet with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge
• Find patterns in customer complaints and bring them to the team for improvement

• Greet and assist customers with product selection and personalization options
• Handle incoming orders, primarily through phone calls and emails
• Process customer orders and input accurate data into the system
• Inspect and perform quality checks on all finished products to ensure accuracy and workmanship
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist with order pickups
• Monitor inventory and assist with purchasing supplies and materials as needed
• Prepare bids and quotes for customer-provided drawings and custom engraving jobs

• Previous work in a customer-facing position
• Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills
• High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent

Requirements:

• Comfortable using computers, software, and office equipment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to follow precise instructions
• Strong focus on quality control and attention to fine details
• Basic understanding of inventory and supply ordering is a plus
• Ability to review and quote from customer drawings or artwork is a plus
• Dependable and punctual
