Project Coordinator III

Hiring Manager is targeting a Project Coordinator with: 3+ years of project coordination experience supporting operations, logistics, procurement, or R&D/hardware teams. Strong background in hardware inventory management, device logistics, asset tracking, and coordinating device transfers (prototype/commercial devices preferred). Experience handling procurement activities – creating purchase requests, tracking approvals, working with vendors, resolving logistics/invoicing issues. Highly organized cross‑functional coordinator who can manage multiple priorities, maintain documentation, reports, and communicate with technical teams. Strong skills with Outlook, Calendar, Office 365, project management tools, and ability to use AI tools to improve workflow efficiency. Ideal candidate has experience with hardware inventory tracking systems, firmware updates, R&D environments, and process improvement.
