The Receptionist is responsible for answering incoming phone calls, routing calls to the appropriate staff, maintaining the reception area, and providing general information to staff and visitors. This position has no supervisory duties, is an individual contributor, and reports to the Director of Operations. Essential Job Functions Answers incoming calls from a central switchboard and route to appropriate party Responsible for voicemail and routing incoming calls Greets and registers all visitors in the reception area Schedules meetings, activities and room requests Receives donations from the public and coordinates with the Development Office in processing Maintains cleanliness and appearance of the reception area Coordinates facility safety drills Manages security program for the front doors Checks in and out telephones and campus vendor keys Checks in and out campus vehicles Provides clerical support for staff as assigned, including projects, reports, data entry and updating the telephone extension lists and mailbox labeling Educates donors/vendors regarding delivery process Calls for extra assistance, emergency police, fire or medical assistance as needed Meeting management including location, room set up, agendas, catering, and attendee communication Processes all outgoing and incoming mail Monitors and maintains office supplies inventory Orders general office and copier supplies Fills copy, scan, and fax requests Front desk coverage daily Fills records requests as needed Schedules and coordinates transportation services for agency vehicles Other duties as assigned Physical Requirements Ability to infrequently lift up to 25 lbs. as needed Working Conditions In person on campus office/school and treatment environment Minimal travel may be required occasionally Minimum Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred One or more years of experience performing front desk, office, clerical, or receptionist duties All candidates must have (or qualify to obtain) a current Colorado driver's license All positions require a pre-employment drug test, FBI fingerprint check, CBI criminal records check, child abuse registry check, motor vehicle record check, academic record verification, and reference checks Benefits For employees working 30 or more hours per week: Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance options Generous Paid Time Off 13 paid holidays Paid Mental Health days to regroup & recharge Retirement Plan with a match up to 4% of your annual salary Pet, Legal & Identity Theft insurance options HSA & FSA options Accident, Critical Illness, Disability & Hospital Indemnityinsurance options Company paid Life Insurance & AD&D with options to purchase additional coverage Employee Assistance Program Employee Referral Bonus Professional Development Assistance Some positions may qualify for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program.
