This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in retail management, a passion for customer service, and a commitment to operational excellence. The Retail Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, training associates, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Primary Responsibilities Lead by example in achieving sales goals while maintaining a safe, clean, and visually appealing retail environment. Deliver warm, engaging service and foster a welcoming atmosphere for guests of all ages. Support merchandising efforts by ensuring displays are well-stocked, organized, and aligned with brand standards. Monitor team performance, delegate tasks, and provide ongoing training and coaching to retail associates. Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and confidence, ensuring positive guest relations. Motivate team members and cultivate a healthy, competitive environment that drives results. Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate records to support operational integrity. Oversee cycle counts and receiving processes, ensuring shipments are verified and documented appropriately. Fulfill phone and online orders promptly and accurately, maintaining high service standards. Enforce adherence to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company-wide retail policies. Communicate respectfully and effectively within the established chain of command. Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership to support overall store success. Physical Requirements Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift. Reach with arms and hands to stock shelves and assist customers. Climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed to access merchandise and maintain store appearance. Safely lift and carry items of varying weights in accordance with safety guidelines. Qualifications, Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities 3+ years of retail management experience required. Sales experience preferred. Strong leadership, business acumen, and sales ability. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment. Flexible availability, including weekends. Patience and comfort in engaging with guests of all ages, including children.
