Experienced Sales Consultant

Mercedes-Benz of New Rochelle is looking for a driven and experiencedAutomotive Sales Consultant to join our growing team. What We Offer: Competitive pay: $70,000 – $200,000/year Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off (PTO) Ongoing Training: Product, process, and technology Business Development Center support to help generate leads Established, loyal customer base to get you off to a fast start Opportunities for career growth within the Pepe Auto Group A collaborative, respectful, and team-oriented culture Key Responsibilities: Engage with leads via phone, email, text, and chat to schedule appointments Conduct in-person vehicle demonstrations to highlight key features and benefits Accurately input customer information and activity into CRM for proper follow-up Maintain communication and follow-up with clients using CRM tools Collaborate with the Business Development Center (BDC) and management team Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers Support clients through the entire sales process, including financing and final delivery Utilize both traditional and modern communication methods to drive sales What We’re Looking For: Previous sales experience (automotive preferred) Strong customer service background and understanding of CSI expectations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and follow-through Strong organizational and multitasking abilities A positive, team-oriented mindset with a strong desire to succeed Self-motivated and goal-driven About Us: Pepe Auto Group has been family-owned since 1968 and is built on values of honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
