Application Developer / Remote ( Denver, CO ), 3+ Months Contract

Full-time professional work experience in the development and support of Information Technology applications.
Education/Training
- Undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university in information technology, computer science, or related fields. (Relevant experience may be substituted for education at the hiring manager's discretion.)
Required Work Experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience with Informix 4GL applications development
- Minimum 4 years experience with Informix Structured Query Language (SQL)
- Minimum 4 years experience with Relational databases and table design / creation
- Minimum 4 years experience writing Informix stored procedures, triggers, cursors, and views
Preferred Experience
- Experience with Agile teams and development methods
- Oracle database and development experience may be substituted for Informix experience on a year for year basis
- Automation of work processes using a Cron file
- Sun / Solaris mainframe experience
- Experience with creating UNIX/Linux shell scripts (ksh)
Contractor, will be working on the Department of Corrections DeCORuM project and shall provide the Services as follows:
- Code Analysis Walk through code investigate impact of decommissioning tables
- Code Maintenance
- Data Structure
- Operational Maintenance support
- Data fixes
