We are looking for a friendly, organized, and hardworking Dental Hygiene Coordinator to join our growing dental team. The ideal candidate will have experience with scheduling and patient coordination, be comfortable managing a busy hygiene schedule, and have a proven ability to keep appointments filled while providing exceptional customer service. If you are motivated, personable, and take pride in helping patients have a great experience, we would love to hear from you.

We are a small office with an incredibly loyal patient base and an awesome staff. This is a full-time position, Tuesday - Friday, with Mondays off, includes vacation, sick days, and a monthly insurance stipend plus other benefits.

$25 - $28 hourly

• Manage and maintain the hygiene schedule
• Confirm appointments and reduce cancellations and no-shows
• Fill open appointment times efficiently
• Communicate professionally and warmly with patients
• Coordinate patient recalls and follow-up appointments
• Work closely with the dental team to ensure smooth daily operations

• Previous dental office experience preferred
• Strong scheduling and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Team-oriented and dependable
• Back-office dental assisting experience would be a plus

Private practice with NO HMO's or Corporate pressures.

We are used to team members who are professional and experienced, and no BS.

Dr. Greenhalgh is a long-time Denver area resident. We are known for our long-term relationships with our patients and each other. We have long-term success with porcelain veneers and bonding and offer a unique approach.
