This position involves a blend of financial management, analytical, and administrative responsibilities. Key responsibilities Financial Reporting and Analysis: Assisting in the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements), reports, and forecasts. Knowledge in IFRS and US GAAP accounting guidelines Conducting financial analysis to identify trends, variances, risks, opportunities, and recommending improvements to profitability. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for decision-making and business planning. Compliance and Internal Controls: Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards (USAC and FCC regulations, Govt. reporting) Developing and maintaining financial systems and procedures, including internal controls, to ensure accuracy and compliance. Knowledge / working experience with Oracle / Epicor / Hubspot and any other financial tools desierable. Accounts Management and Reconciliation: Managing accounts payable and receivable team members, ensuring accurate and timely processing. Managing and reconciling bank statements and financial accounts. Audits and Tax Preparation: Assisting in the preparation of audit materials and supporting both internal and external audits. Work with Tax accountant in assisting tax return preparation and ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations. Other responsibilities: Supervising month-end closing processes.
