You'll replace existing systems, complete new equipment installations, and verify that every system is operating properly before project completion.You'll install package units, split systems, furnaces, heat pumps, condensers, evaporator coils, air handlers, ductwork, and related HVAC components. Responsibilities include performing equipment start-ups, charging systems, testing performance, reading installation layouts and equipment specifications, maintaining organized and safe jobsites, communicating with customers and project managers, and completing accurate installation documentation.You'll work independently on some projects and collaborate with other installers on larger installations while helping maintain the high level of workmanship that Spectrum AC is known for.What We're Looking ForWe're seeking HVAC professionals with at least three years of residential, commercial, or mixed HVAC installation experience. Candidates must have experience installing both package units and split systems, along with strong mechanical skills and the ability to complete installations efficiently and accurately.Experience installing furnaces, heat pumps, condensers, air handlers, evaporator coils, duct systems, and related HVAC equipment is required. Candidates should also be comfortable reading installation plans, equipment specifications, and manufacturer instructions.EPA Certification is preferred.
