As one of the fastest-growing boutique fitness brands in the country, we’re looking for a General Manager who’s ready to take ownership and lead from the front. Position Overview The Studio Manager is the heartbeat of the studio. You’ll lead a team of Wellness Advisors and Teachers, drive membership sales, manage operations, and build a strong, positive culture. This is a hands-on, people-focused role where you’re responsible for the studio’s overall performance, member experience, and long-term growth. Key Responsibilities Drive Membership Growth Lead the studio to hit monthly membership and revenue goals Oversee lead generation, sales presentations, and member retention strategies Build & Develop a High-Performing Team Recruit, hire, train, and coach Wellness Advisors Support and develop the Teacher team Create a culture of accountability, positivity, and excellence Lead Local Marketing Efforts Execute grassroots outreach, partnerships, and events Support social media and community engagement initiatives Represent YogaSix Riverstone within the local community Deliver an Exceptional Member Experience Ensure every member and guest feels welcomed and supported Oversee class quality, front-desk operations, and studio cleanliness Oversee Daily Studio Operations Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and reporting Track KPIs to ensure the studio is performing at its highest level Maintain alignment with YogaSix brand standards What We’re Looking For 2+ years of leadership or management experience (fitness/wellness preferred) Strong sales background with proven ability to hit targets Experience managing, motivating, and developing a team Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills A passion for health, fitness, and helping people improve their lives Ability to work a flexible schedule (weekdays, evenings, some weekends) Why Join YogaSix?
