Customer Service Supervisor

LHH is partnering with a growing manufacturing organization in Dallas that is looking to bring on a hands‑on Customer Service Manager to lead a team and help elevate their customer service function. This is a highly visible role with strong cross‑functional exposure across Sales, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain, ideal for someone who enjoys both leadership and process improvement. What you’ll be doing Lead and coach a small team of Customer Service Specialists Oversee the full quote‑to‑cash process (RFQs, quoting, order management, customer communication) Partner closely with Sales, Planning, and Operations to ensure smooth execution and delivery Handle escalations and strengthen customer relationships Drive process improvements and bring more structure/consistency to the CS function Support inside sales efforts and help improve conversion and customer experience What they’re looking for B2B customer service experience (must‑have) Strong SAP experience required 5+ years of supervisory/team leadership experience High attention to detail and operational discipline Ability to thrive in a changing environment and build/improve processes This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building structure, leading a team, and having a real impact on day‑to‑day operations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
