Logistics Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Logistics Operator to join their team. As a Logistics Operator, you will be part of the production support team, ensuring efficient packaging, material handling, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Logistics Operator

Location: Freeport, TX

Pay Range:

Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts, Monday-Friday, 9-hour shifts

What's the Job?

• Prepare packaging equipment and materials for operation, including clothing, paperwork, and labels.

• Package final products to specified weights, sample for lab analysis, and ensure proper labeling and record keeping.

• Operate forklifts to move materials, manage waste areas, and conduct equipment inspections.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of packaging and warehousing areas in compliance with cGMP standards.

• Assist with raw material receipt, inventory control, and waste management activities.

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or GED

• Valid and unrestricted driver's license

• One or more years of experience working in a manufacturing environment (preferred)

• Experience in forklift operation and warehousing (preferred)

• Strong attention to safety and quality standards
