Overtime: As needed
Pay: $22-$30.00/hr DOE
Crouch Staffing Solutions, Inc. is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a local manufacturing company in Waco, TX!
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working with their hands, and keeping equipment and facilities running smoothly. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical mindset, be comfortable working with tools and equipment, and have experience in industrial or facility maintenance.
What You’ll Do
Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair facility equipment and machinery.
Work with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Assist with plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, and general building repairs.
Perform basic welding, fabrication, carpentry, and facility maintenance as needed.
Use hand tools, power tools, saws, drill presses, and other maintenance equipment.
Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, sketches, and electrical schematics.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
Follow company safety procedures, OSHA guidelines, and environmental regulations.
Keep basic maintenance records related to work orders, labor, and materials.
What We’re Looking For
Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or facility setting preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Ability to read a tape measure and calipers.
Comfortable working independently and staying on task.
Dependable, safety-minded, and willing to jump in where needed.
Bilingual candidates are a plus, but not required.
