FASTSIGNS of Eugene | In-Office • Base Salary: $50,000–$60,000 + Uncapped Monthly Commission + Mileage Reimbursement

THE ROLE

You'll own the full B2B sales cycle: understand what a client needs, quote it, close it, write the design brief, manage proof approval, and see it through to a happy customer. You won't start from zero — you'll immediately take over an existing book of business generating an estimated $400,000–$500,000 a year.

This role is primarily office-based — phone, email, and walk-ins — with occasional trips out to meet a client or walk a site. No sign industry experience needed. We built this company from zero revenue ten years ago promoting from within — our current sales manager and project manager both started here. We're looking for someone ready to operate at this level from day one.

THE PATH

Some of our people go on to earn well into six figures — commission alone scales as you climb the tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Double Platinum, Triple Platinum, Diamond. Across the FASTSIGNS network, top producers are doing millions in annual sales.

You'll also have the chance to earn your Certified Sales Professional designation — trained at FASTSIGNS International Headquarters in Texas, recognized on stage at the national conference by the franchise president himself, and carried forward on your signature block for the rest of your career.

And you're not just competing against yourself. Every new hire is tracked as part of a year group, with a shot at Rookie of the Year, and ranked nationally against every salesperson in the network from there on. Hit one of those levels, and you walk the stage in front of every FASTSIGNS franchisee in the country every year!

COMPENSATION

Base: $50,000–$60,000/year

Commission: uncapped, paid biweekly — Year 1: $10,000–$20,000, Year 2+ exponential

Team bonus + mileage reimbursement
