ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE

Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000+ | Base Salary + Commission + Bonuses
Eligible for $1,000 Signing Bonus

As Account Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member for Lauren Porter State Farm, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our insurance agency. As an Account Representative, you will:

• Develop leads and generate new business opportunities
• Schedule appointments with prospective customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance and financial products
• Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent follow-up
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance expectations
• Maintain a strong work ethic and a high level of daily activity
• Provide timely and thorough activity updates to the agent
• Commit to personal growth, training, and continuous improvement

Training Program

• Learning how to market auto, home, life, health, and financial services products
• Setting and tracking sales and growth goals
• Understanding and executing office operations, systems, and sales processes
• Developing strong product knowledge and customer conversation skills
• Building the habits necessary to succeed in a high-performing sales environment

Requirements

• Successful sales experience or a track record of meeting goals preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
• Coachable with a strong desire to grow
• Enthusiastic about helping people protect what matters most
• Property & Casualty license required or must be able to obtain
• Life & Health license required or must be able to obtain
• Must be able to work in office — this is not a remote position
