Job Title: Event Loader (As-Needed / On-Call) Location: Raleigh, North Carolina Pay Rate: $17$18 per hour Schedule: As-Needed Basis | Up to 6 Hours per Shift

Position Summary

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Event Loaders to join our team on an as-needed basis in Raleigh, NC. This role supports event setup and breakdown operations by loading, unloading, and transporting equipment, materials, and supplies. Shifts are up to 6 hours per day, depending on event needs. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for flexible, part-time work in a fast-paced event environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload event equipment, staging, tables, chairs, dcor, and other materials
• Assist with event setup and breakdown according to layout plans
• Move equipment safely between vehicles, storage areas, and event spaces
• Follow safety procedures and proper lifting techniques
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Work collaboratively with event staff, vendors, and supervisors
• Provide general labor support as needed

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and moving for extended periods
• Reliable transportation to job sites in the Raleigh area
• Punctual, dependable, and professional demeanor
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays
• Prior event, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred but not required
