Representative - Customer Service

Wesco - 3425 East Van Buren Street - Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries by telephone, e-mail and/or walk-ins to provide inquiry or problem resolution; Resolve mostly routine and some non-routine, more complex problems and communicate solution or information to the customer; Analyze a customer's service needs and refer to other service or technical departments for follow up as needed; Back-up support to sales counter with walk in and telephone inquiries; Research and resolve customer problems, acting as the liaison between other departments when necessary
