Customer Service Specialist
$20 - $23 per hourInsight Global
Insight Global is seeking a Client Support Specialist to support a Financial Client ! This opportunity is based out of Phoenix, AZ or Salt Lake City, UT, and will be on site 1x a week . Additionally, this opportunity offers quick interviews, competitive rates (ranging from $20-$23/hr. based off of years of experience) This role is also a 6 month contract to potiential hire.
Must Haves:
- Ability to work on site in Phoenix, AZ 1x a week
- Ability to work on a W2 basis without sponsorship at all now or at any point in the future
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a financial institution
- Experience taking around 20+ inbound calls a day and helping clients find solutions
- Experience writing tickets and solving them
- Must understand chatbots and email chains to help source a strong line of communication
- Experience working in a financial or banking industry (preferred)

- Insight Global is seeking a customer service-oriented professional that has experience from a financial institution where the candidate has worked to solve problems within emails, phone calls, and chatbots.
